Appointment Policy for counselling/ therapy / supervision sessions

To ensure that appointments can be managed smoothly and fairly for everyone, we kindly ask that you take note of the following:

• Payment: Full payment is required at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to confirm your booking.
• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 36 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 36 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend the scheduled appointment (missed appointment), may result in the forfeiture of the session fee.
• No-shows: Session fees are non-refundable for appointments that are missed without prior notice, as time has already been reserved and prepared. 
• Rescheduling: For appointments booked more than 36 hours in advance, you may reschedule your appointment by messaging (+65) 88494694
